Busy day of travel yesterday, but considering, it was also one of our easiest travel days! Barring the fact that it started with arriving at the Avianca check-in desk at Guayaquil airport to discover they had no record of our ticket purchases. This is why you make sure you're at the airport 3 hours early!

One time we got to our terminal- Delta- and they had no record of us. We told them our flight number. She said that was United. I had a printed copy of the email confirmation and everything- Delta. It was the weirdest thing. We ended up having to hoof it, with kids and luggage in tow, because there was no shuttle to the other building across the street.
