Being a Travel Advisor comes with it's share of trials and tribulations, and one of the perks is the amount of travel that you become accustomed to.
While I mostly handle the back-office sort of thing for our business (marketing strategy, lead generation, I.T. copywriting, etc) my beautiful wife Tina does the bulk of the really hard work of selling. This sometimes means having to visit resorts in person and taking a tour while making notes on all of the pro's and con's for making accurate recommendations to clients.
It was during one particularly grueling day of site visits to various resorts that I offhandedly remarked that I should start my own travel blog.
Tina of course, thought it was a great idea and suggested that I could integrate some of our ratings into the content as well to get our clients following.
Since then, The Beery Traveler has undergone a couple of changes, stuttered to a dead stop during (and after) COVID, and was resurrected as we went about the process of making a major life-change.
I've tried to maintain web postings at least monthly, with Facebook attempting to post daily.
So, who is The Beery Traveler?
Just one half of a fun-loving adventurous couple travelling our way to retirement...and beyond!
